Who is Kanani London?
We are a women lead fashion company that merges 3D imaging technology with traditional manufacturing to make beautiful shoes that fit You and only You.
We make shoes for men and women who seek comfort without compromising style and they feel distinctive without the need to be following the short-lived seasonal trend.
What makes us different? Unlike traditional retailers, our shoes are custom made for you. We believe that fashion should fit you and not the other way around.
At Kanani we do not have any inventory! The only shoes we make are the ones our customer’s order. We see it as duty to participate in eliminating waste and take pride in being a sustainable company.
How does Kanani London work?
Kanani was created with the belief that everyone can and should have shoes that fit.
Years of expertise are used to bring together your foot measurements with the right fittings lasts to create shoes unique to you.
We use a physical 3D imaging technology to scan your feet to build luxury shoes that actually conform to the shape of your feet. We are in the process of developing an app for you to download and use at your convenience and from your own home. Till then, we invite you to measure your feet as per the method attached and if you have any issues with it, please send us an email to get more information and guidance. info@kananilondon.com
Our artisan team in Italy will start producing your Custom-Made shoes once we receive Your Measurements, and we guarantee that they’ll fit.
If they don't fit - we’ll remake the shoes
Are Kanani shoes actually comfortable?
We have created Kanani with the purpose of solving the fit and comfort problem for both women and men. We wear our own shoes and create every design with comfort in mind and in every detail inside out we only use the highest quality materials that enhance the comfort.
What if my shoes don’t fit?
At Kanani we know how stunning our product is and to show how confident we are, we guarantee 100% fit on all of our shoes! If for any reason you feel that the shoes you received were not your best fit, we will remake them for you on our dime!
What size do I buy?
At Kanani there is no conventional shoe sizing. We capture your exact foot measurements for both left and right feet. Those measurements are converted into a 3D image which allows us to create your unique shoe size.
How do I know my shoes fit correctly?
If you’ve never had a pair of custom-made shoes, you may experience a completely different feel.
Our shoes are made with supple luxury leathers and high-quality padding which softens and relaxes over time. You could feel your shoes to be snug and they will mould to your feet when worn. The best time to try your shoes on is early in the morning, as your feet will swell moderately throughout the day.

When do I receive my shoes?
Your shoes go into production when we receive your foot size and your order. From that date we aim to deliver between 8 to 12 weeks. There may be exception during Christmas/New Year, Easter and other holidays or force major events.
Do you have a referral program?
We love that you love our shoes made for you and want to share. When you refer a friend, please send us an email info@kananilondon.com with their name and you get 10% off your next order and your friend gets 10% from their first order.
Refer 10 friends who purchase and you will get a pair of your choice for free.
Do you have a program for personal stylists?
We love collaborations and co-creation, we have a special program for stylists and personal shoppers who take part. Please email us for information info@kananilondon.com
What’s your returns policy?
We do not have any inventory and every pair is produced for You, with your size and your materials specifications. We also have a thorough quality and fit guarantee. Therefore, we do not refund any shoes.
We will make you another pair when we verify there is a fit or other acceptable fault within 14 days of receipt.
